In J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium, the House of Húrin was founded by Húrin of Emyn Arnen, Steward to King Minardil, the twenty-fifth King of Gondor. They were of high Númenórean blood, but not descendants of Elendil in the ruling line. Pelendur, a descendant of Húrin of Emyn Arnen, was the first Steward of Gondor. The House of Húrin was founded by Húrin of Emyn Arnen who was Steward to King Minardil and after his death the Kings chose their Stewards exclusively from his descendants. In the Stewardship became hereditary in the House of Húrin following the death of Pelendur. The Stewards rose in prominence during the days of the last Kings who came to rely on them increasingly as a kind of Chief Minister. After the last King of Gondor died without an heir, the House of Húrin ruled Gondor for 969 years until the heir of Isildur from the House of Elendil, Aragorn, again reclaimed the Throne after the War of the Ring. The House of Húrin family tree is as of follows: Faramir's grandson Barahir is mentioned in the ''Prologue'' as the author of ''The Tale of Aragorn and Arwen'', but it is not known whether he was the son of Elboron or whether he was a Steward. ==See also== *Stewards of Gondor *House of Hador 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「House of Húrin」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
